Conscience is the softest pillow you sleep on
If it disagrees it keeps pricking like a thorn
It is the still small voice inside your head
Screams even if you apply extra butter to bread.

Conscience reflects like a mirror of our soul
A drop of guilt in conscience makes a big hole
No ear can hear it and no tongue can tell
Voice of a guilty conscience can make life hell.


For the young and brave conscience is a harness
When it is offended it can burn you like a furnace
Conscience is a delegated watch dog of God

Conscience is that inner voice which knows what is right and wrong and has its way of punishing us. A man with guilt can never lift his head and talk. If there is any peace in this world the credit goes to People who listen to their conscience. If you listen to your conscience you can live a life of respect and approval.
