An eye for an eye
Whole world will be blind
A hurt for a hurt
Peace no where will you find.


Revenge is the lotion
Keeps the wound green
Putting stop to a battle
The battle you really win.


Seeing the dead around
King Ashoka did weep
He did win a battle
But his soul sunk deep


Revenge is biting a dog
Because dog bit you
Forgiveness hurts more

Mighty King Ashoka won a battle and when he walked around and saw the bodies of dead people his soul was moved. In repentance he turned into a monk. A man becomes superior if he can forgive and end the fight. As Christ on the cross said forgive them God as they do not know what they are doing and by forgiving he won an eternal victory.
