Leaders with Tao leadership are like rivers and seas. They derive their power from the people, and to do so, they are ready to stoop low. Lao Tzu
Rivers and seas are born out of a stream
And to receive the water they lie low
Great leaders position themselves lower
They allow the energies of people to flow.
Great leaders lead without being visible
And they lead even when they are dead
Some may argue that it is not feasible
Still by the Love of Christ billions are led.
A great leader is yielding like a feminine
Feminine absorbs the energies of the hard
When she drains the energy out of masculine
The masculine succumbs and is off gaurd . -Vasant Khisty
Great leaders are people who never die. They are invisible but still they lead. They never keep themselves above the people like kings, they lie low and by lying low like an ocean they can receive the energies of people. Great leaders are feminine. They are soft and yielding and are capable of consuming the energies out of rigid and aggressive people. And when the aggressor becomes soft the leader becomes hard.
