Economize or agonize

Money saved is money earned
Income minus expense is profit

Loan is a spade we use to close
Smaller pit by digging a bigger pit.

Work hard and save when young
When the sun shines make hay
Some day you too will be old
So like an ant, store for the rainy day.


Some people enjoy the present
And care least for tomorrow
Finally when the future arrives
They are not ashamed to borrow.

In these modern days we all spend before we can earn and we live our life in debt. In the name of enjoying our present we forget that there is a future which is very close. A prudent man spends in value and saves for the rainy day. A reckless man will spend more than he earns and like a snake will sneak into the ant hole for shelter
