In unity shall we rise and divided we fall. Great teams are built on team work and not individual skills. It is easy to break on stick but not the whole bundle, similarly it is easy to surmount one man but not easy to defeat a group of committed people. In this world where there are so many adversary forces, a family should stay united and then it is easier to over come these forces. Even A lion attacks on an animal that gets away from the herd.
